Validity of Vouchers

All vouchers purchased through www.noorhorsetrek.com, via authorized partners, or directly from Noor Horse Trek (including purchases made via bank transfer) are valid for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase. 

For the purposes of these Terms, the date of purchase shall be deemed the date on which full payment is received by Noor Horse Trek. 

The validity period applies irrespective of the purchase method or sales channel. 

Upon expiration, vouchers shall automatically become void and shall not be redeemable, refundable, or extendable, except where required by applicable law. 

Use of Vouchers

Vouchers are valid exclusively for the experience specified at the time of purchase. 

All experiences are subject to prior booking and availability. Reservations must be made in advance by contacting Noor Horse Trek using the provided communication channels. 

The voucher holder is responsible for booking within the validity period. Noor Horse Trek shall not be liable for unavailable dates due to late booking requests. 

Vouchers are not cumulative and cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other vouchers, promotions, discounts, or special offers, unless explicitly agreed in writing by Noor Horse Trek. 

If the voucher holder requests to change the booked experience, this shall be subject to availability and prior approval. Any price difference must be paid by the customer. No refund shall be provided in case of a lower-priced experience. 

Non-Refundable Policy

All voucher purchases are final and non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other monetary compensation, except where required by applicable law. 

Vouchers may be transferred to another person, provided that Noor Horse Trek is notified in advance and accepts the change. 

Changes and Cancellations

In the event of cancellation by the customer, the voucher shall remain valid until its original expiration date. 

Noor Horse Trek reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an experience in case of: 

  • adverse weather conditions 
  • safety concerns 
  • force majeure events 
  • any circumstances beyond its reasonable control 

In such cases, an alternative date will be offered, with no additional cost to the customer. 

Force Majeure

Noor Horse Trek shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, governmental restrictions, or emergencies. 

Horse Riding Experience Disclaimer

Acknowledgment of Risk

Horse riding and outdoor activities involve inherent and unpredictable risks, including but not limited to: 

  • falls from the horse 
  • injuries caused by the behavior of animals 
  • uneven terrain and environmental conditions 

By purchasing and/or using a voucher and participating in the experience, participants expressly acknowledge and accept these risks. 

Participant Responsibility

Participants agree to: 

  • follow all instructions given by Noor Horse Trek staff and guides at all times 
  • wear appropriate clothing and suitable footwear 
  • provide accurate and complete information regarding their physical condition 

Participants must inform Noor Horse Trek in advance of any medical conditions, injuries, disabilities, or other factors that may affect their ability to safely take part in the activity. 

For participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present or must provide written authorization and full assumption of responsibility prior to the activity. 

Noor Horse Trek reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual who, in its reasonable opinion, may pose a risk to themselves, others, or the animals. 

Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Noor Horse Trek shall not be liable for: 

  • personal injury or death, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct 
  • loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings 
  • any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the experience 

Participation in all activities is undertaken at the participant’s own risk. 

Age, Weight and Physical Requirements

Participation is subject to specific requirements established to ensure the safety and welfare of both participants and horses, including but not limited to: 

  • minimum age of 18 years 
  • minimum age of 14 years only if a parent or legal guardian assumes full responsibility 
  • maximum weight limit of 85 kg 
  • adequate physical fitness 

Participants are required to accurately declare their weight at the time of booking. 

Noor Horse Trek reserves the right to verify this information at the time of the experience, including by the use of appropriate measuring equipment on site. The final decision regarding participation rests solely with Noor Horse Trek staff. 

If a participant exceeds the maximum weight limit of 85 kg, participation will be refused, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
